Fund tokenisation, made real.
Investre builds and runs regulated blockchain infrastructure for the fund industry.

Funds are built on old rules. Now the rules are changing.
Manual workflows. Scattered systems. Endless reconciliations. The fund industry still runs at paper speed.
Now regulation has caught up with innovation, and those who adapt early will set the new standard.
Tokenisation changes everything: one secure, compliant version of the truth — finally, T+0.
One trusted infrastructure for fund operations.
No new structures or new licences — faster launches, real-time reconciliation, full transparency within existing rules. Built for real funds, enabling secure, compliant on-chain issuance, management, and settlement.

Same trust. Fewer steps. Much faster.
Funds are moving faster, with greater transparency and control.
Tokenisation has become the infrastructure that makes this possible.
Tokenisation, built for every fund type.
From illiquid AIFs to daily-liquid UCITS, practical use cases operating on regulated infrastructure.
Modernise distribution without changing what makes UCITS trusted. Bring ETF-like liquidity and digital-age access to your fund.
- Tokenised registers with market-maker integration
- Continuous NAV-based liquidity
- On-chain reconciliation and reporting
- Connection to distributors & regulated exchanges

Introduce optional liquidity through tokenised bulletin boards — fully controlled by the manager, compliant by design, and transparent end-to-end.
- Manager-approved secondary transfers
- Automated registry updates
- Full oversight and control
- Transparent, auditable settlement

Not another platform, the regulated backbone of funds.
Regulation, first.
We’re a licensed Control Agent under Luxembourg’s Blockchain IV law — every transaction runs inside the same legal and audit standards that traditional finance relies on.
Decades of experience, built in.
Our team combines fund, regulatory, and digital infrastructure expertise — turning deep market insight into execution that works.
Full visibility. Zero compromise.
Every position verifiable. Every rule enforceable. Every asset safeguarded.
Real operations, not theory.
Our infrastructure supports tokenised issuance, registry, custody, and settlement — all within existing fund laws.

Curious? Start here.
A Control Agent is a CSSF-authorised role, created under Luxembourg's Blockchain IV Law, responsible for creating and managing on-chain units of a digital-native fund, ensuring supply integrity, enforcing compliance rules, and verifying the custody chain. Investre is the first and currently only authorised Control Agent in Luxembourg.
Investre doesn't replace a fund's existing Transfer Agent or service providers. The Control Agent gives a single, on-chain source of truth for unit creation, supply integrity, and compliance — something existing providers connect to, not compete with.
No. Investre connects to existing Transfer Agent networks via sub-custodians, so existing TA relationships stay intact while gaining blockchain-based transparency on top.
Investre covers the full journey a fund token takes: issuance, order routing, clearing and settlement, wallet infrastructure (safekeeping), and secondary market access. Like a train needing rails at every point of its route, a tokenised fund needs infrastructure at every one of these steps — Investre can provide the entire journey, or any single segment of it.
Tokenisation means creating digital units that represent fund shares on a blockchain, in one of two ways. Non-native tokenisation mirrors an existing fund — the legal register stays off-chain, and the blockchain adds transparency and automated reconciliation on top. Digital-native issuance puts the fund directly on-chain under a regulatory framework, with the blockchain becoming the single authoritative source.
Yes. Through non-native tokenisation, an existing fund's legal register stays exactly where it is. Investre creates a tokenised mirror on-chain for transparency and automated reconciliation, without requiring the fund to be re-issued.
T+0 isn’t the future, it’s here.
Infrastructure built for funds and trusted by regulators.
