Investre raises EUR 2.4 million to scale its fund tokenisation infrastructure

Luxembourg, 9 July 2026. Investre S.A., the Luxembourg-based fintech authorised by the CSSF as a Control Agent under the Blockchain IV Law, has completed a capital increase of EUR 2.4 million to support the scaling of its fund tokenisation infrastructure.

The round was backed by Investre's existing shareholders and welcomes Kneip Management SA as a new shareholder.

The capital increase comes at a moment of accelerating market demand. Asset managers, fund service providers and distributors across Europe are moving from tokenisation pilots to production, and Investre's infrastructure enables funds to be issued, settled and serviced natively on distributed ledger technology.  The capital will be used to move to a fully on-chain settlement process for investment operations and to roll out MiFID-compliant wallet infrastructure across the EU market, for both institutional and retail clients. Operating from Luxembourg, Europe's leading fund centre, Investre serves clients across the continent.

The funds will be used to expand Investre's technology and operations teams, deepen integrations with fund industry partners, and accelerate the onboarding of new issuers to its platform.

Georges Bock, CEO and Co-founder of Investre, said: "Two years ago we spent our time explaining what tokenisation is. Today the question we hear is how fast we can deliver it. This capital increase lets us answer that at scale, across Europe. And Kneip joining our shareholders says a lot: the people who know the fund industry best are backing where it goes next.
